These RV's are designed to be mobile. They have "special" drain pipes that hook up to hoses. However, in this park, they are permanently attached to the ground.

On the RV stuff they have a threaded adapter that will screw into a cleanout and the make ones with a beveled edge like the 45 fitting you have on your RV that will slip into the tee on the ground there, only issue is that the Tee is laying flat on the ground and should be vertical. Is this a temporary stay for you or long term?

I couldn't really follow you. Can you find a picture of that adapter? The tee is a few inches off the ground supported by a cinder block. It's going to be there permanently.

OK the easiest way for a permanent connection will be to build the white pipe up to the rv 45 bend you have on there already. The white pipe looks like SDR 35 PVC Pipe which is available in most places or some other kind of drain pipe. Get a bell x spigot 45 to glue into that tee facing up towards your RV, then a short piece of pipe that should slip into the bell on the white 45 and over the spigot (Black piece coming off your RV) then a rubber fernco to connect the new white pipe to the 45 bend cominng off the rv. I could be wrong on the angles? It almost looks like you would need 22.5 degree bends or maybe even 11.25 bends, that part you will have to figure out. If you have room to pull the RV forward or backwards a few feet you can use the 45's like a swing joint to make up any funny angles.

thy make a foam rubber sewer seal and a rubber sewer seal

it is a tapered rubber donut looking thing. your hose goes inside the donut
then the donut itself is tapered it fits into the camp sewer outlet
