I am looking for a quite exhaust fan for a smaller size bathroom that is attached to the master bedroom. The one that is in there is a fan/light that is 15 years old. I do not know what to look for in a good fan that is low in price but still quite when I go to turn it on. Any advice or suggestions would be great.

Thanks
Dan

They are all quit in the display at the store. It is when you hook it up to a duct to small or to long or as to many bends in that they make noise.

So start by being real critical of the rest of the system you have.

bathroom fan noise is measured in "sones", and each manufacturer rates their units right on the box. So you can check the info on the box, or the product info write-up if you are shopping online.
