Does anyone recommend using suspended ceiling in an office space?

I'm renovating my 50 sqm office and for ceiling options, i've been recommended to go with suspended ceilings. Do you guys think that that's the right choice? is there any downside to suspended ceilings.

Also, a couple of the builders who I work with, recommended me to go with this company has anyone here worked with them in the past?

Suspended ceilings are pretty common in the office environment. They allow easy access to mechanicals as needs change over the years. With a suspended ceiling additional power and communications cables can be easily added. There are numerous options available from the traditional 2x4 tile to the 2x2 tile. I prefer the 2x2's with a drop revel. I

The site you have been referred to is a contractor, who would be, from your language a subcontractor, if you are the contractor.

If instead you are interested in accomplishing this yourself, there are specific building codes, tools and there is a learning curve.

It can be a 1 person DIY project, however it will take some coordination with the/any associated trades.

Here are some sites you can use as a resource; https://www.usg.com/content/usgcom/en/resource-center/tools/ceilingmaterialestimator.html

Your contractor is listed in Australia. This site tends to be US/Canada centric, so I doubt you'll find anyone with experience in Australia.

Whether or not its available in Australia is immaterial.

It's a resource showing what's possible, what materials are needed as well as the tools.

It is turn opens the OP too questions to ask and probabilities to consider.

I was referring to this comment in the OP for a contractor that installs suspended ceilings in AU. Reading what I captured below they appear to be a company that installs them, not one that makes them.

Also, a couple of the builders who I work with, recommended me to go with this company has anyone here worked with them in the past?

Thank you so much guys for all the recommendations.

Unfortunately, I don't have the time to do a DIY although I"m so much into DIY renovations for my house, however, for the office, I prefer to get someone who can deliver it ASAP and with quality.

Also, I visited the links that you guys sent me and it gave lots of ideas as well as a better understanding of different types/designs/sizes of suspended ceilings and also where to purchase it from.

I appreciate all your help and recommendations guys cheers.
