There's a lot of guidelines of how to regrout tile floors. However, I can't seem to find out how to gauge whether to regrout tile floors.

Are there specific signs to watch out for (like darkening grout, chipped grout, etc.), or is this something you'd advise doing every few years regardless of the state of the grout?

Would be great to hear your feedback, and I have attached a photo if it helps.

Grout can be cleaned with the rite product and stained for a different colour. I would only re grout when it is failing and if I could match the colour I would just remove the bad and replace that.

If there's no cracks or missing grout then it just needs to be cleaned and resealed every few years.

The way it looks, I think it only needs to be clean.
