Default Hi there!

Just wanted to say hi. I just purchased my first home, I close on the 25th of this month. I won't be moving in for a month or two to give myself time to do some decorating and upgrades. I look forward to learning about home repair and improvement.

Welcome Corcoran:
It feels good to take advantage of a buyer's market, doesn't it? You probably saved enough to do some of the work almost free.
We are here to help, just fire away on the questions.
