I will be servicing a basement bathroom off of a single supply line leading from a manifold (pex plumbed)
I am wondering if there is a rule of thumb.... ex: keep the toilet at the end of the line...
I will be feeding the shower first, then the toilet, then sink. Shower valve to toilet valve 10', toilet valve to sink about 4'.

Hello Micgall:
The rule of thumb is 'a half inch line can serve 3 fixtures', and you are within that rule. The fixtures should not interfier with each other in that case.
