Hi everyone!
My fiance and I just purchased our first house, a 1940 1500sq. Ft. Story and a half with unfinished basement, hardwood floors throughout, 3 bedrooms a TINY bathroom and a small kitchen. We love the house and while it doesn't need any serious work (yet) we are looking to do some small remodeling and upgrading. I've already gotten a ton of advice from just snooping the forums and I look forward to receiving and occassionally dishing out advice.
