Our fan blades warped and I ended up (in a bit of frustration) breaking one of the blades. So we went to Lowes and ordered a set of new blades ($27) They assured us we would have them in a week. The fan had just been discontinued otherwise we would have just bought a new one. After a week nothing. Lowes called and said it would be another month on backorder. After that, nothing. We called again and the said 2-3 weeks. Nothing again. During this time, Lowes had been contacting Litex inquiring about the blades. Finally we had a very helpful Lowes employee contact Litex and he said that he had never gotten such a run around and been treated the way he was treated. He mentioned (and was very serious) that these fan blades might be on backorder forever. Even I tried to call Litex directly and they said they could not help me based on my order through Lowes. Horrible service and above all, they made NO effort to resolving the problem. Fortunately Lowes offered a full refund and free fan.
