Our home consists of composite siding. The siding appeared to be in good shape. The home is approximately 40 years old. We recently had the house painted in a dark taupe. Prior to the painting on a few portions, it appeared that there was running or dripping on the siding, but we thought it was dirt and would be covered by the new paint job. Our painter power washed the house and put two coats of paint. The house now looks as if the paint is running. Is this because their is a moisture problem? Is there anything we can do without replacing the siding?
