Default Venting basement washroom???

I'm installing a Saniflow pumping toilet in the basement of my two storey home. I will also be connecting a bath tub and vanity sink to this pumping toilet. Can I vent this system through a vent connected to a vanity sink on the first floor?? I would be connecting to the vent at a level above the first floor sink's trap.

You need to check your area Code for vent sizing. Since you are in Canada, I am not knowledgeable of your codes.
if you have never made a mistake, you probably haven't done much.
