Today I had to level something in the bathroom. I did not feel like going and getting my level, sso, I put some water in a cup and used it.

What have you used in place of another tool that worked well enough?

An 18", or longer flat blade screwdriver doubles as a pry bar, or tire iron

I regularly use my 6” bench grinder as a pencil sharpener.

I do the same when I cant be bothered to take the sharpener, and have to say that I don't remember when I actually last used one

A 12' crescent wrench works well on a screwdriver to remove the construction plug from a toilet flange.
