As posted above it is fine to have one GFCI feeding another if you use the line side to clamp the extended cable to the next GFCI. I would never want to feed a GFCI from the load side of another GFCI though.

If I was doing that I would rather do it with a pigtail from the back of the box though just like I like that method over using the second set of screws when extending a circuit.
