10 drill holes (8mm diameter, 50 mm length) in a concrete ceiling were filled using a high strength concrete repair product and a bonding agent. It’s been curing for a whole year. What are the chances of drilling in the repaired area is secure to han a curtain pole? Since the surface is painted is not possible to determine where the old holes were

I would say go for it.

Welcome to the forum.

If I were hanging a swing, I'd like to know what the product was and that it was done right. Most likely that stuff is stronger than the concrete. Drilling and epoxying rebar into concrete is equivalent to having it cast in originally for civil applications.

In this case the most heavy thing that could be put is a curtain pole. It was done with an expansive Sika concrete repair mortar and a bonding agent.
