Ok, Day 2 of the Absolute Healing Series, a lot of talk about the Spike protein in the shot, getting near the end a Dr. is talking about the only way to recover from the shot side effects...

Rebuilding DNA...

How?

By creating Stem Cells...

How?

Urine Therapy or All Water Fasting...

I have known about the fasting for eons, that is one of the best ways to recover from anything because the body is supercharged in that state of autophagy. It happens every night for every living animal, but is ramped up Bigly extreme when fasting.

I have heard about / not really researched Urine therapy... In the talk, the Dr. is mentioning researchers last year examining urine from test subjects and finding it had 140 stem cells in it. They let the urine sit for 21 days and reexamined it, finding it had over 100 Million stem cells...

The clear evidence is that the Body's innate ability to heal itself is a component... something we physically have to get rid of every day. Let that sink in. Of course, you can't just figure out Urine Therapy on your own, don't try this at home.

I've done intermittent fasting at two periods in my life. The first was a couple years ago and I did it deliberately, taking note of when I last ate during the day and then keeping track of when I could eat again the next day, making sure to leave a gap of about 16 hours. The second is going on currently, and I simply eat dinner at my usual time (typically finishing by about 6:30) and then I don't eat again then next day until lunch or late breakfast, aiming for after I've worked out mid-morning. The gap ranges between about 16 and 18 hours.

But I don't really think of it as intermittent fasting, I just think of it as "I don't like to work out with food in my stomach, and I like to work out in the morning, ergo I don't eat until lunch."

But I am aware it's good for me, so yay.

Every once in a while I cheat and eat a banana or an orange in the morning though. I wonder if that makes a difference.

Yes, it makes a difference because your body has to switch to burning fuel instead of fat. Almost every example of Intermittent fasting is as you describe, with some Doctors or people "in the know" mentioning 16 or 18 hour intermittent fasting...

I don't understand that, though. Why would they think people need 6-8 Hours to eat? I have done 23 Hours not even really on purpose, the last time I was putting a lid on my Patio, so I was working all day cutting the boards, up down the ladders, nailing etc., and didn't have time to eat or didn't think about it. That entire week, I only ate around 5 PM and that was that.

I dunno. Some days I can't seem to go 5 minutes without thinking about food/feeling hungry--especially when I'm traveling, for some reason. Other days I could easily forget to eat at all until my empty stomach loudly reminds me.

I think fasting turns that off, as in a 3 day fast. Food addiction is just like every other addiction though, most of it is pure Psychological and everybody reacts differently.

Taking supplements that require food keeps me from intermittent fasting. I take them with maybe three saltines but that breaks the fast at around 12 hours. I can easily push the hours if I need to lose weight but can't lose belly fat.

Supplements that require food to buffer the guts and prevent upsetting them, or supplements that are Fat soluble and require that for absorption?

If they just require Fat like the Vitamins that require Fat, I get by on that with a shot of EV Olive Oil.

Both, though I am using olive oil now for the fat soluble. Olive oil is also good for memory and reducing probability of heart attack.

More in the Healing Series about Nicotine... The same Dr. that talked about it earlier... He was giving a presentation and at the dinner afterwards, he met with a Man and his Wife, who had been stung by a Scorpion weeks earlier and had Neuropathy / Nerve pain up and down that arm for weeks following the treatment at the ER.

She asked what she could do, and the Dr. said "Nicotine"... So, she grabbed a Nicotine pouch and put it in her Gums and within 3 minutes all the nerve pain was eliminated. Her Husband called the Dr., who said "Good, spit it out"... The instructions would be to use 2mg like the gum instead of a pouch, which was 6mg.

Either way, she was nauseous from the chew, but also from the Venom that was now circulating in her blood, waiting to be released through urine... He told her to use 5000mg of Vitamin C spread out through the day, 2000mg of NAC spread out, Licorice Root Tea or chewables, (Highest DGL), Selenium, which is needed with NAC to help the Liver make Glutathione, which is key to detox from the Venom... That's also the protocol for Long Covid...

He recommends everybody use nicotine patches and cut them up into squares that are around 2mg. After a week, bump it up to 4mg etc. as long as there's no ill effects, or the gum in 2mg if you can stand it.

As the Dr. explained in the lady's case, the inflamed nerves WERE inflamed because they WERE holding on to the Venom. When Nicotine was introduced, the nerves "dropped" the Venom and grabbed on to the Nicotine... That's the Exact reason that Native Americans have used Tobacco leaves to treat Snakebite in their animals since the beginning of History.

The key to remember, and verified by researchers at Harvard is that Nicotine is not addictive, it's all the added chemicals that are, so a patch won't present those problems, unlike a can of Copenhagen or a Cig... Getting nauseous from Nicotine means there WAS some kind of toxin / poison attached to the Nicotine receptors, and it's been released to swim through the bloodstream.

The Dr.'s Wife hadn't had any taste or smell for 2 years thanks to Covid. She went to Costco and bought a bunch of Nicorette and chewed it for a few days. At the end of the third day, all her taste and smell was back. He has also seen people recover from Brain fog, have their O2 levels return to normal etc... Just from Nicotine.

My dad chewed tobacco and I recall when his Irish Setter got snakebit
Dad immediately placed a fresh chaw on his cheek.

I flew this Diamond aircraft last week. It has Diesel engines that run on Jet-A!
Jet-A is too dirty for highway use in trucks with reciprocating diesel engines so would expect similar problem in a diesel reciprocating engine airplane... it was accepted in jet engines because they are a continuous hotter cleaner burn that burns up the impurities... I thought only cleaner jet fuel was sold now... similar to highway diesel fuel...

The tail not lifting on the F86 reminded me of the German ME-262 jet fighter where you had to hit the brakes a moment when taking off to get the tail to lift up off the ground...

Rather than fasting I prefer a lower calorie diet in order to maintain constant nutrition...
The Weight Watchers Diet is simply the 3 meals a day 1,000 calorie diet... plus the help of paid friends...

Ron, will you be putting other light fixtures back where the ceiling fans were removed? Ceiling is looking good.

I feel like I've been eating like a pig while taking the prednisone for inflammation but somehow I was down to 204lbs. Doctor said I need to get bloodwork to check my A1C next time. I told him about my needle phobia and how I pull my finger away at the last second when trying to do the finger pricks for sugar tests. He understood. It's something I have to work on. I really hate needles. I talked to him about my mother's dream/hallucination and he said it didn't sound like a stroke. She was in a bad mood most of the day. I tried to get her up earlier so I could give her food but she refused. Then she finally got up not long before I needed to leave. I heard a thumping bass sound in the living room and figured she had the TV on loud and that she was either watching a video or it was a commercial. Turns out she couldn't find the phone to call me and was thumping her cane but I had no idea. I was watching a video by Tony from Dieselpunkro on how to make a leather alchemist's hat. She claims she was calling out for me but I didn't hear her. She remained angry for a few hours but I finally got her to eat something and calm down. We had some baby food I'd bought for one of the cats when he was sick. I heated that up and got her a baby spoon (since a metal one would be annoying on the inside of a glass jar). I refrained from making jokes about her being a big baby.

The doctor was happy with my progress with my shoulder. Said to increase the exercises as much as I can. I told him what exercises I've been doing and showed him how the range of motion has improved. also told him I've been taking vitamins for joint health. I'm going to keep up with the exercises.

After I got home and ate a salad and fed mom, I did some cleaning in the living room.

I just saw on the news that some brand of artificial tears eye drops have been recalled bc they have already caused multiple cases of blindness and at least one death from infection. Somehow they got contaminated.

Glad I don't use eye drops.

But it's not nutrition. WW is the same exact thing as the frozen section of every Supermarket, loaded with GMOs and chemicals. It's just less of it.

Wait, GMOs? Why do you care about GMOs, Spicoli? Humans have been genetically modifying our food since we stopped being hunter gatherers. Maybe earlier.

I'd always wondered about this, because lots of people seem concerned about it, but I never heard a sensible explanation of why we should worry about GMOs. I figure maybe I just haven't heard anyone intelligent explain it yet?

You have to do your own research on it. It's all experimental, and it's designed so the AG industry can grow crops that are resistant to bugs while tolerating the poisons they spray on them to "feed the world"... That's the Right hand... While the Left hand is burning down all the "food" factories, which makes everything moot anyways.

Messing with nature isn't a good idea, there's no benefit to it... That said, Broccoli and Cauliflower are Man made, don't exist in nature.

Exactly. I figure, any genetic messing around we can do would amount to...what, at the worst? Making the food taste worse? Be less nutritious? Give you flatulence maybe? I don't think you can add a gene to a plant that would cause it to become toxic or carcinogenic...Well, maybe toxic, but you'd find out pretty quick.

It's a grand experiment. In that conference, a Dr. is talking about his patients that can't eat wheat from here, but have zero problems eating wheat from Italy. Here in the US, they figured out that they could get more wheat to the market by spraying Roundup on it. Wheat needs to be dry, and that's a way to dry it out quickly... Great idea, right?

Have you seen the guy that successfully sued Monsanto before they sold to the Nazis, er.... Bayer? I doubt he's still alive, but the effects from his cancer were evident... Granted, he was spraying it so he had more exposure, but are you going to experimentally eat GMO's sprayed with that or other like poisons?

You have the GMO experiment, then you have the added chemical poisons, with the top poison Roundup being owned by descendants of people who ran the Nazi death camps... Let's trust THEM!!!

https://www.cnn.com/2018/08/10/health/monsanto-johnson-trial-verdict/index.html

Yeah, I think the chemicals sprayed on the plants, vs. the carefully altered DNA of the plants, are two separate cans of worms.

Roundup being owned by descendants of people who ran the Nazi death camps
Well, that's a lot of probably benign German people today...
