Hi, I am managing a storage facility with buildings made completely of concrete close to 40 years old. I have found water damage in several units with corresponding cracks on the roof. My question is, what is the best repair method for cracks in concrete, and will this keep the water out? Thank you for responding!

Storage, welcome to House Repair Talk, if you would post some pics of the roof we would be better able to answer your question.

Why not put a rubber roof over top? Quick, easy, cheap enough.

just a wag but hydrophyllic epoxy injection might be a good choice,,, if you're located in a northern clime, consider retaining a pe for a structural analysis,,, many times the steel isn't placed exactly right leading to insufficiant conc cover,,, wtr enters - steel rusts - rust expands - conc crks - more wtr enters.

this is a great process especially if you rebuild bridge decks as i once did
