Thanks for everyone's help, Ended up buying a Martin Jerry brand 3-way smart switch to replace 1 of the 3-way switches in the 4-way circuit. The 3-way switch that I replaced had the power from the breaker box coming in to it so it was the 1st switch in the 4-way circuit. Works like a charm...
