I was talking about cords.

When I rehabbed my house, I added something between my crawl space and attic to run wires up, if needed. It was easy to do when the drywall was removed. For under the floor, I don't see it being as useful.

I had a kegerator but sold it. For the space it took up, it was too impractical.

I have a few 'adventure medical kits' that I picked up at steepandcheap.com when they are available. For $20, they are small and handy. One in the jeep, one in the pickup, one in the garage and one in the house. I have more in the house, but it is often handier.

I have never been pinched by the door and have actually never seen doors sold as 'pinch resistant'. Then again, I have yet to replace a door, so I have not really looked. My guess is that the extra price is a bit overkill.

Bedframes are so darn useful. Even without a box spring and mattress. Heck, my first welder cart was made out of one. :D

Hm, I have not seen any of these yet. Last one I saw was the new Star Trek. It was surprisingly well done.

I know that Farm and Fleet around here sells some relatively inexpensive gates. Farm and Fleet is kind of like Tractor Supply, I think. I am not sure if you have any stores like that around your area.
