i got an LG portable unit and wondering if anything is wrong with mine. I have it on COOL mode and the darn thing never shut off. Called CS and they said the compressor kicks on for a few min then shut off once the desired temp is reached but the fan stay on as long as the unit is not shut off...

is there a nailgun in the market that doesnt need a compressor? I need one for small projects like putting together a wooden planter or small jobs around the house thanks

I finished it a few days ago with 2 blocks stacked instead of a high retaining wall. It was fun working in the Texas sun full blasted on my back :)

The vertical post is leaning away from the side of my house causing the gate to the backyard to sag a bit. The post itself looks fine. No decay , rots, or damage. Can i use a metal bracket, drill it to my brick wall to make it stand straight ? Any other ways guys?

Well i tamped the soil ,add one inch of paver sand , then tamped again. Will that hold? I want to do it the right way but having guests over this saturday so hopefully thats adequate.

Keep in mind its not going to retain anything. Id be using mason glue and its only about 2.5ft in height so not sure how it would topple over thanks

i,m building a low retaining wall(3-4 stacked blocks) in my back yard. It wont be retaining much soil, maybe half a foot or so,, im doing this to hide the uglies behind it :) Do i need to use gravels? Can i just tamp & level the soil and start stacking?

I installed a glass panel in my patio, still has 2 more to go. At this moment the top 2x4 crossbeam is holding it in place but i like to use something else if possible. It's too gaudy and unsightly to work with. Any alternatives, guys? Thanks!

Update Well, i finally got a bit of time today. Took the assembly out and give the heads/ terminals ( dont know what theyre called) a wipe down with a clean rag.. Also gave the screening another good cleaning from the inside and from beneath the tank itself. Used my trusty Dyson to vacuum the...

I just gave it another thorough cleaning with a brush wire. The burner came on and stay on but no hot water. Right now the dial is set at "A" What now?
