I have a front porch, flat area that measure 112 square feet. I received a quote to have 1/2 brick pavers put down (similar fashion as tile). Their price was $1370. That is about $12 per sq. ft. This seems pretty high, or am I out of touch? Thanks, K

Every time it rains heavily, we get some water seepage into the garage along the bottom of one wall. We don't have gutters along that wall. Would adding gutters fix it or do we need to dig down, expose the wall and seal it? Thanks, Kaci

The big box hardware stores have stopped carrying them. I'd like to have them installed on my front porch. They need to be thin like tile so it doesn't raise the porch up. Anyone know why they're not being carried anymore? Or where I can find some?

Wow, you sure seem to know your granite. They are charging $4500 in tear out old countertop and install granite. Price A which is $61 dollars per foot in the store. Does this sound like a good deal? I figured it would be as HDepot quoted about the same. K
