Indeed there are, and I already replaced one with that, but they cover up the holes in the bottom support, so not as appealing, though a viable solution .... one time per blind. I may have to do that if there are no other options, but would prefer to find extras somewhere.
House was built in 2002, builder installed 2" vinyl horizontal blinds. Over time a few slats have broken due to the window locks sticking out - if you don't hold the blind away from the window when raising or lowering they hang and SNAP! there goes another one. Mostly just me not paying close...
