I agree with kok3258 get at least a few bids because every area is different based upon cost of living and state laws etc. Getting a few quotes will help you determine what is normal for your area.

I agree side by side there is not much difference. Personally I prefer Amana air conditioning systems but having a good contractor is probably the most important choice as compared to the brand of AC

I have used Muriatic Acid also known as Hydrochloric Acid. WORKS LIKE A CHARM!!! You can find it at just about any pool supply store. Just make sure you use gloves, mask and goggles.

I am recently thinking I may have to replace my grout as mine seems to be stained but I am thinking more of hard water staining due to the white film and not wet looking stain. My question is, How would one go about "picking" out the grout? What tools would work best for that?
