By using a long turn DBL TY you have created two full S traps.

There is nothing there that would trap water. You'd still need traps to keep sewer gasses from coming up through the drains.

The traps are installed when the sinks are installed. But they will be S traps because where the waste enters the vent it will be below the trap seal creating a S trap.

you have to use a 2x1.5x1.5x1.5 fixture fitting

you can not use a double wye and 1/8 bend also called a double combination

the reason is, the long sweep on a combo cuts off the vent
