My pier and beam house was moved about a year ago.

I get one free re-leveling from the contractor.

I'm not talking flatness of the floor.

I'm betting that there is a spec as to how much drop is allowed.

Maybe 1/4 inch drop for every ten feet, or something.

It's a 40 foot house, my laser lvl says one end is about 1.5 inches lower than the other.

Should I call for my free re-leveling? What is the spec. (Yes I Googled it. Didn't find anything.)

That much should show in the doors and windows, IE. how they fit, close and latch.

Is the foundation ONLY post and beam or is there also a perimeter stemwall as well?

Engineer told me one time that 1/2 inch over 20 ft, so you quarter i in 10 ft would be what he would call good.

Pier and beam only.

Most of the doors are missing due to the house being under renovation. Windows all work fine. They are aluminum frame windows, which I think would be quicker than other types to stick.
