They use to have wire chases to which you could put one romex in at a time so you would need two. I cannot think of the name of these or i would post a link . As for the junction box maybe build a box around it or just paint it the room color.

Since you do not have ready access to the cable ends the simplest thing may be to install a new cabinet floor on blocks to cover at least the longer cables.

You could also remove the cabinet floor; if practical; reposition the cables, and then reinstalling the cabinet floor.

I would also consider running them beneath the cabinet floor and across the closet ceiling quite close to the front edge above the door. Alternatively I would run them across the closet ceiling and then add a panel underneath that ceiling to conceal the whole mess. There appears to be enough cable length available to install a junction box on the closet ceiling very close to the front since neither end of the cables is available to you. You could make a hole in the right hand end of the cabinet in order to fish the cables down beneath the cabinet floor. You would then put a new cabinet wall on the cabinet side of the blocking or cleats that you would install.

I think the simplest of the three is the first one were you install a new bottom in the cabinet. As to the cable on the right hand wall of the cabinet you could the install a new right hand cabinet wall on cleats as I outlined above.
