Thanks to all that helped figure this out.
When it was fixed I still had to do a request a confirmation email and on that page the email was still showing the error. Just thought I would try it anyway and it worked.

BTW on the forum page, members present, members and guests are reading backwards.

Oh, I remember that. So much fun that day!
 
When you are writing sentences or text or prose or even poetry, if an email address or a web address (URL) is the last "word" of a sentence then do not put a period at the end. This inhibits computer error messages when an unwanted period got copied into the file name or address space on the screen.
