How to warm up my room?

What are some clever ways that I can warm up my room a little more? The furnace does work and I do get hot air from the vents but it seems that my room just a bit too big that it's about 3 to 5 degrees lower from the thermostat.
 
Is there a return air vent in the room?
Is there about a 1" gap under the door into the room?
Old air leaking windows?
Enough insulation in the attic?

Yes, there is a return air vent.
No, there is no gap under the door into the room.
and no, there is no air leaks in Windows. Windows are pretty new.
And yes, there are plenty of insulation in the attic.
 
I just use a Dyson space heater in one room that always stayed colder.
The one I have can heat or cool.
