Last spring/early summer I replaced the boards on the patio with pre-treated deck wood. By the end of the summer some of the boards that aren't covered by the overhang began to warp now a couple of them are curled up on the ends to the point that they have pulled the screws out of the frame work.
After I replace these boards again is there a way to help prevent this from happening?
 
Sounds like insufficient points of attachment, or short fasteners, so how about some photos?
 
I think they were 3" deck screws. I don't remember the wood being to wet when I got it. IMG_20190327_172424201.jpg
 
Instead of insufficient fasteners, its a case of too many fasteners in the end grain of the floor joist causing them to split.

You can try offsetting the fasteners and this time piloting them first, or removing the board, add some blocking and refastening.
 
Some times that is just one side drying more than the other, take it off and set it up so it can dry, see what happens. If it continues to bend, you know it was stresses in the wood and it was just a bad board.
 
I'd just add some 2 X 4 blocking under that area screwed to the joist and screw it back down into the new wood.
No matter what you do there's always going to be some boards that have a mind of there own.
