I live in a second floor condo. We have central air, it works great to cool off the living room, bathroom and kitchen, but the bedroom just does not get cool. When I put my hand in front of the vents in the bedroom, it's maybe half or even less as strong as the vents in the living room. I've tried shutting the vents in the living room, and noticed no difference in the bedroom. Also some of the vents you just can't shut. Is there anything an HVAC company can do to strengthen the airflow to the vents in the bedroom?
