Hello everyone, my wife and I are trying to sell our house about an hour north west of Philadelphia. The buyers had their inspection done yesterday and we were told they have concerns from that report about the foundation. They are still reviewing the report and waiting on a water report before making the formal rebuttal for inspections. I am just trying to determine if there is major concern for the foundation (both for them and ourselves if we end up not selling). The place I believe their inspector is referencing is one the front wall which is east facing. The cracking was there when we moved in back in 2012 and from all the low quality picture I have from then, it does not look like it got worse. Any ideas or recommendatinos are appreciated as we are still waiting to hear if the buyer are going to have a foundation expert
