I'm 53yrs old. I have built custom homes, spec homes, schools and done joinery on ships. For some reason whenever its my own project I just start on a whim and have to adjust on the fly. I figured it couldn't hurt(to much) to maybe get some advice on a remodel I need to do to sell my home Hopefully I can be helpful to others as well.
