This is saying "A potential asphyxiation hazard exists when carbon dioxide is dispensed from tank cars (rail cars)"... as in if you are standing close by when massive amounts of carbon dioxide is being released from a giant tanker!
It is NOT saying just because someone is in a l;ow lying area they may choke out due to a lack of oxygen... which is what you originally said without mentioning the tanks.
Typical liberal BS going on here... twisting something from one scenario in to applying to some other scenario.

It is a problem if you look at what OSHA defines as confined spaces.
CO from engines is a worse problem. Both are silent killers if you get excess into a confined space with you. something like a house in the winter or inside a car.

Our population has exploded in the last 10 years.
If someone really wants to do something useful to cut back on Co2.

Another total failure from "stupidity" on your part! If you scroll back, the original discussion was about CO2 INDOORS, someone thinking there was two kinds of CO2, and I mentioned CO2 collecting in low areas. I was thinking of dangerous pits that used to be common in the floors of service stations to use to get under vehicles while working on them. Of course, the amount of CO2 from a can of soda pop isn't dangerous.
The rail car example given was just one example, there are many more.

The debate is about what's causing it... must have been all those cars 10,000 years ago...
The word "warming" was changed to "change" because sometimes we have some pesky cooling that doesn't fit the narrative... ...
