    On t.v I once saw an out house made out of one way glass! BTW, It was in the middle of a city next to a busy street. From inside it looked like you were doing your business inside a glass box.:D

    120v is a short run from the box. No hot water. Yes it does get cold enough here to freeze and break pipes but a little insulation on the pipes is sufficient to keep things running.
