Tip: do the painting/wallpaper yourself but not the roofing. The labor is absolutely back breaking and very easy to screw up..

The money is nice but I work simply for work. It is good to be active and feel productive; i'm at my worst when theres no work to be done

Obviously should not be pumping gas with the e-switch off but as you said, its an older system. If you're really worried I would call a pro to take a look
