    water damage deductable

    I don't know about the 1500 dollar deductable, but I know when I had a pipe burst one winter that was under my kitchen, I collected for the damage but not for the plumber or the pipe. I think that's pretty standard. As for a different deductable for water damage, I never heard of that.

    my advice is to clean it nice and shiny and then de-clutter it,, take out any personal photos and whatnot so the people can envision how it would look with their own stuff in it. but the main thing is to keep it simple and don't have too much stuff in it. Beverly

    Hate My Bathroom Floors!!

    what kind of tile is it? some guy at home depot told me that you can spraypaint ceramic tile with appliance spray paint, but it doens't come in many colors. you have to get the heat resistant kind so it doesn't peel, but if it's vinyl tile, i don't know. Beverly
