    Is this the dryer vent?

Hi, My small condo came with an LG combo washer/dryer, which doesn't use a dryer vent. After 10 years, the LG has died, and I'm thinking of getting a small stackable washer/dryer to squeeze in the closet. This type of unit does require a dryer vent. Do you know this faucet part?

Hi, I want to replace this part, but I can't figure out what part number it is, or who the manufacturer is. American Standard said it is not their faucet. Anyone know what part this is? Can I take this part to Home Depot perhaps?? Thanks a lot. http://screencast.com/t/JO25Bjld

    Drip drip under kitchen sink!

Thanks! You are correct I believe. I fiddled with the connection area, and the water started gushing out. I shut off the cold water, took off the flex hose, and I'm going to replace it.

Do I plaster this, then paint it?

Hi, I put on a couple coats of wallboard joint compound. It's dry now. I am going to sand it, caulk it, and then paint it. I am not very good at this stuff though. I have a feeling it will not look much like the other part of the wall when done, and I will end up calling a pro.

Thanks for the feedback. I am going to try drywall compound. I'll just play with it a bit to make the groovy/dimply texture

Do I plaster this, then paint it?

Hi, great forum! I removed a chunk of the wall because if was moldy/corroded, etc. I am not sure how to go about repairing it. It appears to be plaster, with a beige paint over top of it. Here is a pic. http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7167/6617965335_2928e4b6e3_b.jpg Should I go to Home...
