Exactly, instead of fighting with your landlord first you should get rid of the rats that may get double or three times in quantity and the whole family of rats start making your place a rat town. So take some steps in solving this problem out first then arguing would be a better option :p

Well seriously a better home made suggestion would be pepper just like BMartin said. Though he gave so many homemade suggestions too but try pouring pepper as an experiment. :)

Lol, quite humorous title :p well i'd been suffering from some beetles too by past some days but eventually we called some specialists and they got us rid from the beetles and now we're quite relaxed till the next crew of beetles arrives as guests :D
