An update for everyone who kindly commented on my question. I decided not to bid on the house, but someone else has a contract on it. I will keep you posted to see if it actually sells after the inspection. Here is the listing on the house...

Thanks. The house was built in 1997 and I don't see any other houses built by the same builder. So, even though the house has been remodeled and looks nice inside, I am concerned about how well built it was.

I am thinking about buying this house. Is this picture of the exterior foundation a concern? Richard
