    I found this issue on the foundation slab of a 15-year old house. Basically the slab has cracks on both sides (see photos). However I didn't see any crack on the brick wall (two-story). Questions: 1. Is this problem severe? 2. How to fix it? and how much it costs if hiring a contractor? Thanks...
