I am building a new home through Ryan Homes. We are do to close on Friday and it is Monday now. They have yet to pour the concrete for the driveway and we are suppose to have freezing temp all week at night. Is there any circumstance they would be able to pour it without it being weak...

No crawl space... so I guess I will just unscrew the bibb and replace.

I attached two pictures... you can see two little slots in the brick where the water was coming out... there is two bedroom behind the floor near the wall was damp some. I think the pipe is running between those two bedrooms

I am planning on removing the plastic shower surround and tile it. What is the best tile to use? A certain type of ceramic tile?

THis morning I went to use my hose for the first time since fall... The water pressure was very low and then I notice water coming out of the bottom of the house on the slab. But it stops when I close the water hose faucet Is this a leak having to do with the hose bibb? Seems like it...
