You'd better rip out some drywall and check for mold. Also, the correct way to fix it, is not from the inside, its from the outside. Dig up the ground and tar and seal the outside wall, plus install some sort of drainage system.. I doubt any inside drylock product painted on the wall is...

The outside is ready for Stucco.. Unfortunately we went slightly over our budget and have to postpone the exterior stone veneer... Looking to get stucco work done on all 4 sides and the chimney. Some of the block is new and some is existing (White painted block) What can I expect to pay price...

I hear ya, but just in case. Outlets and lights DO fail sometimes. Its not impossible. Then again, youre the electrician and Im the network engineer, so this is your game ;)

I pigtail all my connections that way if one light or outlet goes out, the other ones dont follow! Then you have to test and trace all the outlets to find the bad one... A little extra work in the beginning saves a lot of time in the end...
