    How to "insulate" a hot water radiator

    I have a room with a hot-water radiator (see below). The room is not used often and the heat is wasted. I'd like to "insulate" it so that the heated water can be better used elsewhere! What's the best way of "insulating" (ie. covering) the radiator? Best meaning cheap, safe and easy :)...
