Caradco no longer supports the spring counter balances required for my double hung windows. They are a long spring that attaches to the window with a plastic slider. I am desperate and will consider any alternative.
Caradco windows installed early 1990s and several of the balancer springs have failed. Jen-Weld, current owner of Caradco, does not support these older windows.
I am searching for sources for a work around set of springs.
