8' tall privacy fence with horizontal pickets

I can't find a good resource for pricing this out. Any ideas or resources for
pricing an 8' privacy fence using horizontal pickets? I'm looking
for labor costs. I can price the materials.

He wants to use cedar pickets. Do cedar posts exist? I can't find them 12' long.

the all-knowing Web says $91K

So in Chevy Chase you can expect to pay 91/39 = 2.3x as much as in Austin for pretty much everything.

Median is not average, averages are screwed up by some guy who makes $4,000 per hour.

I had one where I suggested by e-mail that the customer see a psychiatrist.

Have cancelled five [over years] based on instinct & evidence.
One then called to say, Why? & I said "I don't wish to say."
Not a happy camper was he after that bulletproof answer.

Three ordered me to show up anyway at 9 AM on Monday morning.
Or Else!

Yes, i learned if you have trouble with the client saying how to do the job ,
run do not walk away ,
