I have a problem, when I disconnect the black wire to the defrost board. the fan does not come on. I think the unit is still stuck in defrost or I have a bad defrost board. It is a Goodman HP unit. Contactor is not engaged only fan rotates at about 1/3 the normal speed, even with the thermostat off.
