I have a "Single Lav Faucet w/ Belanger handle" bought at Home Hardware branded Home Plumber Product number 3227-841

https://www.homehardware.ca/en/chrome-single-lavatory-faucet-with-chrome-handle/p/3227841

So, I am trying to hook up a portable dishwasher to it. The problem is, the spout is too small to fit any of the adapters in it. It is 5/8'' fine thread opening and nothing goes smaller 3/4'' that I can find.

Anyone know where I can get the parts to go to a 5/8'' fine thread female to a 3/4'' fine thread female?

I am no expert, but a quick Google search turns up that a smaller aearator thread size is M16.5 x 1. A more common aerator thread size is 55/64-27. Perhaps this is what it is intended to hook up to. You should be able to measure if your aerator is 1.0mm pitch to confirm. Then just Google "M16.5x1 faucet adapter". You will turn up items such as this:
