That is one game I never really had an interest in... and my nieces were very good... and remember going to their games when they were about 8 years old... But never really got a desire for soccer... Shame the Canadians didn't do better...
i just watched Korea beat Portugal 2-1 very good game, one thing that bothers me is the fake pain and acting like a player is very hurt when it is just a show, I used to play Canadian hockey, real ruff stuff. i have twice had to have stiches to my face and once had broken bones. i never put on the show these soccer players when hit. I knew guys that would say to the trainer ( just stich me up on the bench , i wanna go back in ) now that is tough
I watched a little bit of the US v Iran game. My grandson plays high school soccer so I watch him but in general find it rather boring. What really gets me about it is extra time. I can't see any reason in this age, at the absolute highest level, they can't seem to be able to display the actual time on a stadium clock so we can all know the official time.
