Anyone Know what these are called or how to better insulate them?

Potentially looking at a farmhouse and it has these beautiful doors/windows on the front of them that swing out (with inner versions that swing in). I'm trying to figure out a better way to insulate them in the winter, but I can't even figure out what to call them.

I'd say that they are wooden storm doors.
