Boring dull ugly three fluorescent finished basement fixtures. Three in a row. Middle should have ceiling fan installed. What to do with the other two?

One option would be to keep the two fluorescent lamp fixtures and install Titan LED 4' tubes. Very simple and they look good. You would only need two LED tubes in each fixture. You also install a Driver to replace the existing ballast. 12 year warranty and made in the USA. That would give you good light spread. The other option would be to remove the fluorescent lamp fixtures all together and install whatever light fixtures you want, such as CAN light fixtures. You will probably need several to obtain the proper amount of light to make up for the removal of the fluorescent fixtures. Are the fluorescent fixtures 4'? I am well versed in LED lighting so if you want to talk let me know.
