We had our basement finished a few years ago but left a storage room. I want to insulate the concrete walls before building shelving. They left a roll of insulation. Is it possible to attach to the wall without building a frame? I don't want to waste storage space if I can.
I was thinking of getting foam board insulation and attaching with liquid nails then putting the shelf right against it. Any advice would be appreciated I could use all the help.
