I have this area under an upstairs deck...the house is tiny and I'd like to utilize it as storage for yard equipment and stuff, nothing fancy, just putting lattice up and some old cast iron gates I have that can be locked, but my issue is that when it rains, of course, it leaks down from the deck...what would be the best way to prevent it/direct the water elsewhere. I thought about using corrugated plastic roofing and sloping it under the deck but IDK, anyone have any better ideas?

Better option would be painted steel roofing panels, sloped to drain all of the water to the outside. I bought a bunch of drops for $25 on CL a few years ago, and sold (at a profit) what I didn't use a few years later when we moved from the place.
